Hello, and welcome to the Tracy R. Nauman Company web site. This is where I
display and sell my fine hand crafted pieces. I hope that this site will
inspire you to have me make that special custom hand crafted piece, or
purchase one that I have already crafted. My shop specializes in high
quality pieces. We build heirloom quality furnishings. Here are a few
examples of what we build. Hope chest, blanket chest, boxes, benches, gun
cabinets, gun trunks, hall chairs, quilt racks, book shelves, and display
cabinets. So give me a call, or email and let me build a piece for you.
Honesty! Quality! Respect! This is how I was brought up. This is what you
can expect from my company. My pieces are built solid, sturdy, and
functional. In short well built. I use the same methods that have been
taught to carpenters for generations. Mortise and Tenon, Dovetail, and
Finger Joints. My pieces are made using the finest hardwoods and veneer
plywood's I can buy. I use full one inch hard wood when ever possible. I
also like the joinery to show in my pieces. I believe it adds beauty and
shows the craftsmanship involved in the making. My pieces are made one at a
time, and signed and dated.
When you decide you are ready to have me build you a piece, we can discuss
just what you are looking for. I will tell you if I am able to meet your
needs or not. We can then decide the best way to go about the project. I
will then let you know where you are on the production list and give you an
estimated price. I then take a 50% deposit and give you an estimated start
and finish date. You will be notified when I start your project. You will
never have to wonder how your project is doing. Unfortunately there are set
backs on occasion. I will be straight forward with you when and if this
occurs. If at anytime before production starts you want your deposit back
it will be returned. No questions asked. Once the project is complete, I
will notify you to set up a delivery time that is convinianet with you. I
will then follow up with you to make sure everything is satisfactory.
I want you to be completely satisfied. I try my best to deliver outstanding customer service. I keep the customer well informed and deliver a quality
product. I want to make sure you go from a first time customer to a repeat
customer and spread the word about my work.
